Can't remember name of anime

MTV, many years ago, used to show an anime series late at night. From what I remember the characters were tall, very thin and scantaly dressed. Does anyone remember the name of the series??

Aeon Flux. It was an American animation, not Japanese.

and i was thinking it would have been "The Max" then again tall scantily clad characters dosn't quite fit that shows discription.
