Can you believe that adult swim will not show ranma 1/2 i mean come on they have shown the first couple of eposides of the eva series and in prime time at that and will not show ranma 1/2 on late night they have a serious problem
The Adult swim and DVD1 are the same dubs, or adleast the set i have O.O

And pesonally i think its one of the worst dubs ive ever seen :/

Ocean Group does a fine job. Brian Drummond seems to be near-ubiquitous.

But as for Mr. Oni saying the dub of Slayers beats the original and the chick who dubs Lina is better than Megumi Hayashibara - man you gotta be kidding me. I have a .wav of the English Dragon Slave spell and the woman's voice makes me cringe.
Well I don't know which version you have. The slayers special dub fucks the dragon slave all up. If you are saying lisa ortizs voice sucks well bite me. I don't have any thing against Megumi Hayshibara I just think of her as Lime(Sabre marrionette was the first series I watched with subs) and she does not sound like a red head.

Thundercats or Transformers, because I was a little kid then. If that's even dubbed. I don't know. But if it was, they sure did a good job tricking my 6year old mind.

You've never heard of Thundercats?

For shame.

No. I've heard of Thundercats. I'm just surprised that it's considered an anime.

The only thing I ever considered it as was an old repetitive cartoon with bad voice acting.

Try watching it again now and you'll find that, somehow, the voice acting has gotten worse.

Thats what I ment. When I was little I didn't find it all that bad, but last summer when they were showing it again I couldn't believe how much worse it seemed.

I think good dubs have spoiled me.

It's just the fact that we're grown up and expect sophisticated results.
