Well, I just watched the trailer again. I'd say it was more of a long orgasm which peaks when cloud crosses swords with the other dude. Then A string of orgasms as they fight, an one final orgasm when they show sepiroth in the fire.

I'd say there's also one orgasm when they show that guy walking up to the person in the chair. I think that's the high point for me anyway...
