Well, this was under bad:
"quality was bad...and u used a lot of clips from the intro..."

So, no, I guess they didn't give a reason. They all just didn't liek the intro stuff, I guess.... =\

Some openings have more action than most of the series. A good filler indeed.

Two reasons I wouldn't use openings: a lot of people have already seen the footage and if you're trying to make an AMV with a plot, it's hard to use openings because they don't have a lot of plot heavy footage.
Probably too busy to be here right now.

Indeed, go for it. There is nothing wrong with using them. I just ripped the op/ed to five different animes myself for an opening bumper that I plan to append to the beginning of my future amv's... *out of breath* Anyways... yeah if it fits use it.

I don't recommend making an entire AMV out of them though unless you know someway to pull it off well. :|

First off, if they use "u" instead of "you" their opinion isn't worth listening to. Did any semi-literate people complain about the OP footage?

Second, since they're clearly none too swift they may have meant too many clips from the intro - that is, if it's 90% intro they may just have gotten bored with it.

But really, I wouldn't worry that much about an opinionator who can't be bothered to string a complete sentence together.

I'm just saying, don't worry because I would bet that most reviewers aren't going to give you bad reviews for using OP/ED clips.

That's all.

It wasn't intended; I have no idea where you're getting that.
