Indeed Conjure One is good, it was ran by Rhys Fulber, who also ran Frontline Assembly, another good one to check out. I think during this time Leeb continued solo on Delerium until the recent album Chimera where they joined back together.

Aurora (or Aurora UK considering there's some pop artist in the US called Aurora, not as good though)
Apoptygma Berserk (Very good, not very many songs of theirs I don't like. They did a rather good cover of Metallica's "Fade to Black", and the transfer to techno did very well for the song.)

while we're on a techno thread-

I've been looking for this remix: a techno remix of Evanescence - Bring Me to Life. There is a fantastic techno remix of this song I've heard played in clubs and I don't know who remixed it and haven't found it yet. If anyone knows please post or PM me. I had a post about this kinda recently.

Someone mixed that and Apoptygma Berzerk's "Love Never Dies pt.1" together into a nearly 8 min remix, being that they both sampled "O Fortuna". It's a really nice remix.
