Editing Vobs in Premiere

Post by Otobe » Sun Aug 18, 2002 10:40 pm

I have followed ErMaC's guide and I am still experiencing problems. I am geting the error where AVISynth says there's an unrecognized exception on Line something or other. The path to the D2V file is correct and there are no spaces. I also don't think the D2V file is corrupt because I have been able to use the same D2V file successfuly in other applications. Any suggestions?

that happened to me too when I first tried it. I reinstalled avisynth and MPEG2DEC and restarted the computer and it worked...

also make sure that you don't move anything after you save the DVD2AVI project file or else it won't work.

also, try making the files read-only (rt. click and properties menu). when i did this it worked just fine.

A couple of things. Did you remember that you cannot use spaces in your file names, are you sure you used the proper punctuation? LoadPlugin("c:\windows\system32\") and what not. Then it that doesn't work, make sure that you have the right files. Also did you install the AVIsynth or just download and unzip.

Just a few things, some of which have been covered.
