I think that's your problem right there. AviSynth, at least the version I'm using, won't accept filenames with spaces in them. Try renaming your .d2v to a filename without spaces.

Does it give you an error message?

Try testing out your avs file in VirtualDub.. You can also download VirtualdubAVS, which comes with the Advanced AVS Pack. If you decide to install the Advanced AVS Pack, make sure that you already have the AMVapp, which is found on the same page I linked above (but I'm pretty sure you have it since you're using Avisynth). And as Zarxrax said, if an error message pops up, please post what it states.

What version of AVISynth are you using? If it is 2.5 then you need mpeg2dec3.dll rather then mpeg2dec.dll. My guess is that you using AMVapp, if that is the case then you can try upgrading from DVD2AVI 1.76 to 1.82, this helps in some cases.

Good luck.

Well I get two different type of errors. One of which tells me (cannot determine file type of "c:\Documents and Settings\Jay\Desktop\BERSERK1.avs.txt") the other one says (Failed to create script) so if anyone know what either one mean's, well then by all means tell me lol

Rename your AVS file from "BERSERK1.avs.txt" to "BERSERK1.avs".

Are you sure your operating system isn't hiding the filename extension?
