DVD Ripping
Does DVD ripping usually take hours or is it just the program I'm using? Is there any program out there taht would let me just takes parts of a DVD to my computer?

There are some:

You can only rip chapters of the video if you want just a part of video.

Too bad. I was a "stupid person" once myself. I read the AV Tech guides written by AD and ErMaC and now I'm not. If you won't put the effort in, fine. Use substandard methods. Oh, and btw, editing with DivX is a nono.DragonAxe wrote:I'm sure. However, this is for stupid people like me who don't/can't figure out how to use that, and who need short, high quality clips in a hurry. MUCH MUCH faster than ripping and converting .VOB files.
