Who got FF XI?

I'm actually on my way to pick up a copy right now, but i was just wondering if anyone else here on the org is playing FF XI.

Also to anyone who does let me know what your name is and maybe we could form a party.

my bro (khal) bought it...i would but my parents are NOT gonna pay 10 bucks a month so i can play a game, not to mention the $50 to get the game to begin with --;; But yeah...kinda sucks for me, i need to get a job. But he says its like amazing and is just like "The World" in .hack just...not where you actually have a helmet thing --; But yeah, he says its great, maybe i'll get lucky and be able to get it too --;

I was thinking about it, but I dunno about an online FF. I played the FFX-2 demo last night, that was alright. Let us know your first impresions Jim.

I have it! Got it the day it came out 8) So far I really like it... I have to limit my time on it though, so I won't get too addicted (like with EverQuest).

This will be the first FF game I will not get. Not because I don't like it, simply because I'm already paying for one online game (Star Wars Galexies) and just don't have the money.

if i get it, it wont be till christmas...atleast the payment anyway. How do you pay anyway? do they like send bills every month or something or do you pay once for a whole year or what --; But yeah, i WAS gonna get a subscription to NTUSA which is $90 but im gonna ask them to just get this for $120 or so ...not much more and it's better --;
