Actually, they're showing Gundam 0080, and I sort of got bored and left. Plus I have a lab due tommorrow.

i saw an english ep once when he used that attack. but all he said was lighting. of course one can't tell if it's the right saying damn english dubs.

The only thing I remember about Li's lightning attack is the words: Raitei Shori Raigeki. I dont know if any of those are the actual name or not, but I do remember him saying those words in order to use the move.
