Removing things in clips

Post by vixencid » Sat Nov 15, 2003 1:21 am

Hi there, back again. I'm using Adobe Premiere 6.5 and editing some Evangelion footage. I would like to use a clip from 9 I think, the one where Asuka and Shinji have to attack the Angel together, and in the fight sequence, there is the countdown numbers in the lower right-hand corner. What can I do, or program to use to take the writing off, if possible? Thanks.

Check the guide for removing subtitles - this is the same sort of thing. You can redraw the scenes in photoshop, blur out the numbers (in photoshop as well - if I remember correctly) or crop out that part of the scene with VirtualDub (or any cropping tool). The guide should explain the various options you have. ^_^

And because the guides are so hard to find nowadays, I have provided you with a link somewhere in this sentence but it is up to you to find it.
