What makes him blush? The return of Chibi-usa's love? (He blushes a lot...like when she randomly changes into her pjs in front of him...etc) and his name his Helios.

Menchi meets up with the heiress to the Alps Group, Anne Anzai. As for the function -- you name it, they do it.
