I haven't seen the last episode yet, but so far, I think Onegai Twins is just about as good as Onegai Teacher, just with a little less psychological drama and a little more fanservice (but it's not hard to just wait it out). Only problem is that if you haven't seen Onegai Teacher first, you won't know some of the characters as well (namely, Mizuho, Matagu, Ichigo (What did they DO to her?! She never came off as evil in O. Teacher, just a little creepy... but in Twins, she's even got her own personal evil quiet little laugh!), and Kei (who hardly gets any lines, somewhat surprisingly)).
And the music's very nice too. And the artwork.
