*sigh* I didn't read the Manga. I don't bother reading Manga. Manga, to me, is a stupid waste of time. Dragon Ball Z isn't a filler anime is the biggest load of bullshit I have EVER been told on this forum. It's COMPLETE filler, designed to drag out and do nothing more than sell tapes. Akira Toryama (sp?) even said so himself. Directly from the japanese version. Fight scenes with 10 minuites of back and forth banter and rediculious laughing and 30 seconds of fighting is FILLER. Cut scenes to other WORLDS who are trying to (and end up being unsuccessful) get to the world the fight is on, which is nearly 3 WEEKS AWAY ... IS FILLER.SSJ_Mitsuka wrote:Dragonball Z is NOT a filler anime.. nothing really lasts that long until the fights anyway.. plus by adding episodes that were never in the manga it only adds to the development of the characters.. (ok, except the Garlic Jr. saga, that can just disappear..lol!)
It is not essential to continuously cut to Bulma attempting to (again, unsucessfully) radio earth for help during intense fight scenes. Did I mention it was All the time? Ok, Vegita and Frieza are FINALLY going to square off and fight after 20 minuites of "I'm more powerful than you" Bullshit. Quick, we've got 5 minuites of tape left! Cut to Bulma! What characters are completely unecessary? Bulma? I think not, she is essential to the show!
Your opinion. I liked the dub.Yes, yes they did, they ruined everything.. EVERYTHING.. the emotion, drama, characters, fights.. EVERYTHING!
Oh, that classic complaint.. so imagine five minutes went by..who cares..
I care when I'm spending $60 on 3 tapes to finally see how this ends when it should have been concluded in (and I timed this once) 25 minuites. 3 tapes contain approximately 180 minuites of footage. You do the math. Frieza vs. Goku. One episode. One.
I have no idea what you mean. I thought the first time Goku and Vegita squared off that it was one of the most intense battles I have ever watched in anime.you said some stuff about ....the battles...
Please note: I am critically acclaimed for my emotional Dragon Ball Z videos. People like what I do with DBZ. I made primarily DBZ videos when I first started, and actually... as a breath of fresh air to an oversaturated DBZ video community, was able to make a name for myself depicting DBZ in a way fans and non-fans alike could enjoy (the videos I made) .. thus, I consider myself a HUGE fan of the series. You thougherally enjoyed Dragonball Z? I find that hard to believe. After all that bashing? Were you being sarcastic or something?
