Tenchi fans everywhere!!!!!!!!

Its usually how they determine whether or not the series is worthy of becoming an anime. But there are situations where the anime comes first then they make a manga based on the series. Then there is rare occasions where theres is a manga first, then an anime is created based on the manga, then later another manga is created based on the anime. An example of this would be Vandread. The original manga is nothing like the anime except for most of the characters. But a manga released after the anime, which follows the anime and even goes beyond it.

someone answered it but i think they were cheating . (no offence) but with a question like that you'd have to answer quicker than the time it could take you to look it up. he could be telling the truth but im not saying hes lying!!!

well to be fair any cowboy bebop fan should know the answer to that question, mainly because the music was so good it got alot of attention so it's easy to assume that the band that played the music would become common knowledge

I'm not really that much of a fan, but I knew the Seatbelts were behind the music even before I saw an episode of the show.

As for the time-to-answer - heh - unlike *some people*, I don't spend every waking moment of my existence looking on the General Anime board

As we speak, I'm supposedly on my job (which is at home, but still), which means I'm much more preoccupied with work than answering trivia at the moment...

Actually, the anime came first in Tenchi's case.

Then Hitoshi Okuda was hired to make the manga. That's why the manga picks up where episode 5 of the Tenchi OVA leaves off. (And then the manga goes it's own direction, seperating it from the rest of the OVA continuity.)

hey i wasnt saying otohiko was lying is just that i didnt think the music was THAT popular. sorry bout that.

and i mostly post stuff on the anime board cause i'm really not interested in any of the other subjects and even though it may seem like im always on this topic its just because ive got broadband on this computer and im interested in other peopoles favourite animes and im open to any new ones i havent heard of more than anything else!

ive posted some non - anime topis/messages too.

...but their just stuff i answered or made in my spare time.
