I think Naraku from Inu Yasha and Brolli from Dragonball Z are 2 of the worst bayguys

I know who the 2nd Angel from Evagelion is, one of my online friends figured it out!!!

Ashram... Yes, Record of Lodoss War. Beld didn't seem "evil" enough. ^_^

Best magic villain?
Wagnard, also from Lodoss War. Yep, most badass villains from there. Sci-fi villains don't hit me though...

Tenchi holds two of my favorite villians. I love Kagato from the OVA because he not only has godlike powers, he also has a suave attitude and an unflappable demeanor. He just owns. (the Kagato from Tenchi Universe just doesn't hold a candle). Second is Haruna from Tenchi Forever, not because she's necessarily powerful or a baddass, but because she's such a tragic character. You can't help but feel sorry for her (at least did).
