mangaz arent equal to the show......

Post by mobster » Tue Dec 02, 2003 12:39 am

I started reading the mangaz cause i couldnt wait till episode 60 started. The fight between Neji & Naruto,,, shet,,, Anyways,, just reading that alone,, im expecting the toon to be atleast 4-5 eps long,,, the fight i mean...
But last i chekd ,,, there were 192 mangaz. Somwhere in the 90's of the mangaz is where we are,,, late 50's of the toon.

IF YOU READ THE MANGAZ, YOU ARE WEAK,,, so my lil bro tells me,, i dont care,,,, the vizuals means so much more,, but the knowlege of just whats goin to happen,, thats what quenches my thirst......

Yeah...I really like Naruto. It may...maybe become the next DBZ just with a lot better storyline...you know was a bug Toriyama fan and you can see some things that look erieely close to DBZ (Rock Lee opening the gates looks like some person from DBZ going super sayian). They mights especially since the characters are getting more and more powerful...

sasuke right now in the manga probably exceeds the power of Rock Lee not in taijutus of couorse and but he is just as fast as him...and knows Chidor (aka lightning edge) not to mention curse seal, but Naruto is more powerful as he learns Rasengan, Frog Summon and of course Demon fox. And they seemly get stronger and stronger really fast...even stronger and stronger it may start to look like DBZ
So far I've seen all the anime (episode 60) and read all of the manga translated. (Chapter 195) But I'm rit3 now really interesting in getting Hunter X Hunter (haven't seen ne episodes) from every I heard who's watched that and Naruto, they saw it's like Naruto but better...it isn't as popular, but it did come first. so yeah i'm excited about it.

its DBZ without all the filler and bad animation sometimes mindless fighting plotholes etc!
but still DBZ was cool but nothing on naruto
Wow you just took out all of what is DBZ.
lol ...

I saw the first episode of naruto at my anime club and i thought it was pretty good, i got a kick out of that shadow replication techniue he used :D . The only thing thats stopping me from going for it is the fact that it's a long, on going series and i don't like watching more then one series at a time.

ok ok ok,, so last time posted on this topic i was nearing eps 60,,,
last friday i watched eps 141,,, and,, the future is no more,,, i think because the anime has caught up to the manga so fast, the anime has started a whole new arc that we dont see in the mangaz. its kinda soft i think,, ,, ,, naruto uses rasengan all the time now,,, ah well, its a kewl move to see.
the battle between naruto and sasuke was well worth the wait.
NOw i want to see the KAKASHI GAIDEN series, it was a 6 episode manga read and we see how he gets his eyes.

Dude...the episodes don't stop at 60...I've seen up to episode 96. The box set alone has episodes 1-76...(huh...must be new to Naruto...lol)
