My favourite would have to be the openeing theme for Sakura Wars. I just love that theme.

Also, Hellsing's ending theme is cool, too. I just love Mr. Big.

I like the opening song to Cowboy Bebop and the ending song on Rurouni Kenshin.

FLCL and Hellsing's sountracks are awesome. From the first, I like "I think I can" (which is used promenantly during the series' climax and from the second, the opening and ending themes, as well as "Song for Insensitive people"

Trigun and Cowboy Bebop have excellent soundtracks too, but it's all so good it's hard to pick out just a few. Oh fiddlesticks, freedom of choice is such a burden sometimes.

Oh and the theme to Slayers Next, "Give a Reason". Good stuff.[/i]

I have actually like the intro and outro to Peace Maker. Both of them have awesome beats.
