Who's more evil Saitoh or Soujiro from Ruoroni Kensnin?
. Then Folken in the series or folken in the movie?

meh im going back to who's the best villain or whatever

I say the main enemy Noble from Wolf's Rain, cant remember his name at the moment. He's cool though cuz he's like a good and a bad guy and can knock out a whole room of people just by walking in thanks to some stuff they explain later o.o

Neither is really evil.

Saito fights for only one thing, to stike down evil. So in essience he is a good guy through and through. Evil in his case is only a matter of perspective.

Soujiro, isn't very evil either, though he did kill people, he only did so to please Shishio woud was the only person who was anything close to kind to him. He didn't kill to get pleasure out of it or to see people die, he did so to satisfy the only person who recognized his existance.

By and large Freeza was the best villian in DBZ. Personally I consider him one of the only villians and not just "another bad guy". He had goals and ambitions of his own and he would stop at nothing to accomplish them. This was something that no other bad guy really accomplished afterwards, they were either following some set orders or just liked killing. But then again I define a true villian otherwise, must be because I was raised on comic books.

The most evil villan is hands down Vincent. He didn't have the powers but he sure did have every intention of killing off humankind.
