Change the filename of your d2v to something like Scryed_D3.d2v

Then, put this in your script (take out what was previously in there)

MPEG2Source("D:\Scryed_D3.d2v")
I'm thinking that the comma between sCRYed and Third Disk was causing the problem.

Do you even have AviSynth installed? I'm thinking this is an inattention error.

well I got past the error message but then virtualdub crashed...just my luck huh? is this because of Divx 3?
