That's correct! The main reason I kept going on about the ORIGINAL JAPANESE was because the lines were actually spoken in English. Both Inoue Kikuko and Furuya Tohru provided the lines in English.

As for the Sailor Moon question, Tux-Boy . . . er, Tuxedo Kamen was disguised as Santa (lit. "Santa-san"). The line of dialogue was:

Merry Christmas, AND a Happy New Year!

Only because I don't remember it being mentioned in that one meeting in the first season.
