Something tells me, being part of Izumi's, what was it called again?... "Tachibana High" or something like that, would be much more desirable. Of course there's the obvious reasons, but your offer just lacks that certain bit of... something.

Reason Number 1) It's completly original, rather then recyceling characters from other anime.
Reason Number 2) Being a live action production negates the need to break numerious rules of physis, and the seperation of fantasy and reality.
