I dunno. I've never had that problem before either. Maybe it's that ffdshow thing I mentioned. I'm sure that the uploads were fine because I check them before confirming, and I've gotten ops on them. What type of computer OS (Win98, XP, Mac, etc.) and version of DivX are you using?

try downloading the new Gordian Knot Codec Pack (version 1.6)
here to fix the problem with divx. It has the newest versions of divx, xvid, ffd show, and ac3filter. That should fix your problem Kenji.
