Tsukasa and Tsukushi from Hana Yori Dango are my all-time favourite couple!!!

Shuuchi and Yuuki are also cool. ^_^ Oh yeah.

well...I'm alright with a lot of pairings.

I have two all time favorites though, Kaoru and Kenshin (Batoussai side better!) and Inuyasha and Kagome.

When i say that i'm alright with a lot of pairings i refer to ones such as Kagome and Sesshoumaru. or Kaoru and Sano (funny pairing, ne?)

I've found GREAT Fanfics on two of my favorites pairings. So if you have the time, Check 'em out! (they're both Rated R though, and for good reasons too ^.^)

My three fave anime couples would be:

Van+Hitomi (They'll always love eachother even though they won't be able to meet eachother~)

Inuyasha+Kagome (Total commitment. Puppy love~!)

Kamui+Kotori (Childhood loves always get to me...)

Even though I have seenn this dozens of times before, I shall continue the miserable existence of this pointless thread by voting for Rei/Shinji.
