Bluish-black would look cool!

And it would probably work nicely, too. Keep the blue that Rei has, but make it semi-natural with the black.

I almost dyed my hair that color...I'm still thinking about it anyway. But if they're going to make the characters look as "real" as possible it would be suitable

You all have enormous gaping bleeding anuses because they changed some things.

I'd understand if it was YOUR story...but it's (stage whispers) NOT! They can do what they like, and they will. Most of those pics... and a few others, I've already seen. I don't care how bad they fuck it up, or how totally awesome they make it. you can't translate something to something else without losing something. Look at ripping MP3's. The reason why they're so small is because almost 2/3 of the file information is lost. Look at DVD ripping. You can see examples of crappy encoding everywhere.

Look at book to movie translations, a personal pet peeve of mine. They've been fucking up Stephen King movies since he started allowing them to be made, but I still like his work. You all seem to think that this movie will de-value something you have constructed your whole universe around. Relax! Hollywood makes TONS of crappy movies, and will continue to do so forever. Deal with it!

Offcourse it won't mind if the movie is going to suck. Not to me anyway.
But think about all those people who will ridicule you for watching anime, when they learn about the EVA movie, and how much it sucked.

So you like anime eh? Like that Eva stuff? *giggle*

What I also find suspicious is that at first, Anno was going to follow the productions as closely as possible... and now, he suddenly doesn't want anything to do with it.
