Actually... if you like romantic titles, you will love Fushigi Yugi.

Nvm, I'm not really into romantic anime, but I have a friend who is so I'll recommend it to her...I think she was considering buying the manga anyway. Bad anime can really mean a number of things, ranging from anime that just plain SUCKS to stuff that could be improved, I think. There's a whole bunch of anime out there that I believe has potential, but due to...um...crappy budgets, the animation quality is terrible or the story doesn't get a chance to develop. Too bad.
