Problem uploading

I've got a problem uploading my video...it's listed when I search for it, but there's no place to dl it. I was given an FTP to upload it to. Am I supposed to upload it myself or does the system do that?

One more....in the FTP program, do I put the name I was given as "Account" or "User Name"?

Hi, next time you have a question specifically about the Org, you might wanna post in the Site Help forum.

When you request to upload a video onto the Donut, you're supposed to upload the video yourself, so the system doesn't do it for you. And yes, when you are given your user name and password for the FTP server, enter them into your FTP program to login. Then proceed to transfer your video into the folder which comes up after you login.
