FITcon 2004: Melbourne, FL

FITcon is coming up in the first weekend of April. It'll be in it's third year as an anime con and it's expected to be the biggest year yet!

Tiffany Grant (the voice of Asuka, Chocolate Misu, etc) will be a guest, as well as George Manley (another voice actor), and artists from 8-bit Theater, Wrench Farm, and Life of Riley.

We're also looking to have a much bigger AMV contest this year, so if you think you can make it to the con, submit some AMVs!

Melbourne, In australia, is always Wet and it stinks and everyone in OZ complains about it

I love it there though, I was born there and wet weather is great

Oh, ok

I thought maybe you were talking about the convention itself. Melbourne, Florida isn't that great either. It's just a tiny little college town in the middle of nowhere.

Fortunately, we're within driving distance of some bigger cities or I'm afraid there wouldn't be much of a convention! heh

fitcon was fun last year, although I did miss the amv contest since I was outside watching the giant cardboard battle that got everyone in trouble. lol. I'm excited about the guests this year, and I look forward to a good amv contest as well. anyone who can get to the con should really check it out.

argh! while the melbourne convention is going on, i'll be in tennesee for a school band field trip... oh well

there's a nashville one at the same time... i wish i could go there during the trip.. haha
