I've never seen it, but it looks pretty cool. I hope it replaces Futurama, but that's very unlikely even though I think it's really overrated. I wouldn't mind if it replaced Cowboy Bebop just because I've seen it all (a lot of times) and I wish they would bring back Rorouni Kenshin, too. Well, just an opinion.

How much money would it take to buy all the hot dogs in the world simultaneously?...Just a question with no ulterior motives.(really  )...

x2
Futurama's entertaining, but I never found it to be nearly as funny as say Family Guy or the Simpsons. Its had a long run, it should take a break.

WHR was initially slated to fill Inuyasha's midnight slot, but they decided to keep Inu Yasha where it is. Inuyasha is one of my favorite animes, and its Adult Swim's top anime draw (maybe their top draw period), but it could use a brief vacation before the new episodes on april 24th (it wont though).

They should bring back Kenshin, and wtf, they should show more than the first 25 episodes! I mean, why not? The show has been fully released for a long time now. They need to do a better job negotiating with Kenshin's USA distributor (ADV?).

The show doesnt even get that good really until around episode 30 (where Saito comes in) IMO, so its kind of dumb just showing the first 25. They could stop after 70 and I wouldnt care, but you gotta show the middle part. I've read many reviews online for RK and they all mention that RK is exceptional in the middle. Some even go so far as to say the begginning and end are crap but the anime is still good because of the middle.

I like Family Guy (a lot) but I wouldnt mind seeing it go if it went along with Futurama and AS became a solid 3 hour slot of pure anime (not counting Sunday Adult Swim of course).

I heard they used to have Love Hina, Tenchi Muyo and even Ranma 1/2 on Toonami/AS at one time (not simultaneously). If AS was 3 hours of anime solid, they could (in theory) construct the following schedule (All times eastern USA):

11:00- Rurouni Kenshin
11:30- Trigun/Cowboy Bebop/Big O
12:00- Inuyasha
12:30- Love Hina/Outlaw Star/Wolf's Rain (coming april 24)/WHR
1:00- Tenchi Muyo
1:30- Ranma 1/2

The reason the 11:30/12:30 slots have multiple animes is because they are single season shows, while RK, IY, R1/2, and Tenchi are all multiple seasons. I dont think that would ever happen, but It would kind of be a Cartoon networks anime all-stars version of AS, and would make AS an event.

Same here...I usually go to bed after Futurama. It's been ages since they showed a new Inuyasha. I'm dying for SOMETHING new, and I've only seen the first 4 eps of Witch Hunter Robin.

I've haven't seen much WHR but I heard a lot of good about it. Hopefully it will bring me back to AS because i watch it basicly for Family Guy(I love that show). Do you think AS will cut parts of WHR? I never seen the show so I dont know if there is anything in it that would be cut out.

From what I saw, there was nothing that looked like it needed to be edited. But you never know. Janet Jackson screwed everything up w/ that damn boob of hers.

Family Guy is awesome, so I wouldn't want to see it go. It would be wicked-sweet if AS got more time to show stuff, but that's pretty unlikely considering all the waste-of-time shows they're showing now (Spy-chicks and the 3 Eds and all that.) There are just too many hard executive decisions those guys heading up CN would have to make to make things better...Oh, it's so sad!
