hiei - Cmon dude, he's got like torn to shreds arm, from the dragon technique and he's still bustin caps!

2:Based on intelligence/wisdom

Kurama - Very Wise

3:Based on charisma

Goku - Guy never gives up

4:Based on voice (dubbed, preferably)

Vegeta -

5:Based on overall coolness and appeal.

My votes

1. Strength:
Prob. sober Fujisawa from El Hazard

2. Intelligence:
Hmmm...for lack of any better vote ATM, going with Washu (although Dr. Hell is worth giving some creds...)

3. Charisma:
Gihren Zabi. This guy is, in virtually every regard, Hitler reborn. (You've gotta admit, for all his racism & paranoia, Hitler had an arseload of charisma going for him)

4. Voice:
Dubbed: David Hayter as Lupin III in the dub for Castle of Cagliostro

5. Overall coolness:
Again, this goes to Lupin (...a good 20-30 years and still running strong, that guy's doing something right!)

Ummm, I THINK I got it all down...there's probably more. By the way, the ppl who I put down on the cool list (especially Kira) are characters that I LOVE with a passion. They are wayyy too cool....and I know not everyone will agree with my list, but oh well.
