Pokemon... is still a little alive.... or no?

So what pokemon is a kids show big whoop!!!! I am by no means a kid and I like it. No I dont have a picachu plushie but I do have a charmander as my pillow! Charmander is cute and he can kick picachus ass. But um no really Ive only seen a few episodes and I didnt find them overly annoying. Now dbz thats a completely different story and yes they both fit in the same age group except the animation quality on pokemon is a much higher standard.

Never played any of the games, though I hear most of them are good. I used to like the first season of Pokemon, it was funny('specially Team Rocket) and a decent adventure type show, but it got ridiculous with the new people and extra pokemon after the first season or two. Tried watching one episode, not gonna even try again.
