Looking like it is gunna be dokool at this point... i had a bit of hope yesterday.... but hardly any vids have been uploaded so far today.... throwing everying off...

Of course, the deletions are throwing everything into chaos, so it would seem to be almost anyone's game right now.

Since about 8:30PM there's been 14 vids uploaded with a net gain of ZERO. Counter remains at 9946.

Considering that there's only two days before the House wins, I'm tempted to call shenanigans on the mods...

Hey Dan, nice to see you coming off ban. As long as the unfounded accusations are kept to a dull roar, you'll have good chances of staying that way.

For the record (as I believe I posted last time), I am not "in with the in crowd" in any way shape or form. I don't spam or [unduly] insult people, but I do do things such as posting direct links to undly tasteless videos that I have a hard time believing they actually support or encourage. AD et al are doing their job, to clean the junk from out the server, and I am doing mine, to be a metalhead standing around with a box of donuts and a whole bunch of packing tape waiting for it to hit 10000. A nice separation of powers: if it was someone with mod powers or wide community standing running this pool, you might be onto something; as it is, it's just one of the Rivethead Brigade, someone who could barely be farther from the ranks of the admins.

Anyway, the cleaning is far from done, as I've still got a mis-uploaded video that needs deleting [date of this request is about 2-16], and there's just more than 50 vids to go. Seeing as this is a change of only 10 from yesterday, maybe I need to re-negotiate that deal with Satan (I've got an Emperor VHS bootleg I think he might like...) and give some serious consideration to trythil's old guess. Every time I look at the "Local DLs" caption, I can't help thinking of the chorus to Iced Earth's "Hold At All Costs" ("They'll know what we're made of/When at all costs we hold our line") . In all honesty, I have no idea when the server will top out any more. Maybe it'll be tomorrow. Maybe I'll win my bet. Maybe flint or doki are going to walk away with their shots in the dark. Maybe trythil's right and we'll be stuck here till after the heat death of the universe.

All I know for sure is that it wasn't today. Sorry, Willow.

This bit was an unnecessary crack at dokool's insinuations that the mods are corrupting the purity of the turf. He's just gotten out of the Big House (or been let back in, more like) after a week's ban following a reaming-out-a-newbie incident.

And not a single shout-out to his homies in the county in cellblock 6.

(shut up, I was watching Jesmaster's vid to the song the other day, I don't just randomly listen to Kid Rock)
