Vegeta!!! will win hands down!!!!!!

C'mon hiei is fast no doubt about it! but vegeta can move at the speed of light! Vegeta can also blow up planets!!

I love hiei, but I have to be honest vegeta will hand over hiei ass!

however, if vegeta is in hell with hieh, I think hiei has a better chance. U get like a field bonus. Now if vegeta becomes level 4........No compatition what so ever. NONE!
