Yes, Divx5 is available for Linux, and the "Flying Motionless Above The Waves" video is encoded using it. The remainder seem to be Divx4. The green bar is, I believe, the product of AviDemux doing some pixel-padding for an video height in some multiple of 16. I'll try cropping to an even multiple of 16 to get rid of it when I re-encode those videos.
I contacted Phade about whether the "Delete Video" request deleted the entire entry or just the file, and it seems to be just the file, so I'm going to replace the Divx4/wav files with Divx5/mp3 files as soon as I finish re-encoding (it takes a while with the hardware I'm using). If you have problems viewing those videos you might want to try again in a couple days (and I'll put up a post to announce when they've been replaces).
And I'll take a look at the new video links sometime soon.

Otohiko - I just read your comments on my comments on your comments, and I'll look for something Linux-friendly for blurring logos (though VirtualDub, unfortunately, hasn't been ported to Linux, at least not yet).
And I just realized that that poem, "The Wasteland", was also alluded to in "The Great Gatzby". I should have remembered that earlier, but it just came to me, so I thought I'd mention it. It's a great concept that you chose for that one.

I have just put up new Divx5/mp3 encodings of "Anarchy in the Land of the Rising Sun" and "Happiness is a Warm Gun", so you can take a look at those by going to my profile.
I have also submitted delete requests for the original Divx4/wav encodings, so they shouldn't be duplicates for too long.
Unfortunately, that will, it seems, destoy any comments on the originals, so I'm copying the comment I have to a text file for future reference and checking from time to time for new ones until the original entries are gone.
If you haven't done a review of these yet, please go to the new versions and not the old ones. They'll probably play back better, and the comments will remain once you've put them there.
