At the moment I'm verrry partial to Miwa Sasagawa's vocals. But my favourite Jpop artists are Maaya Sakamot and Ayumi Hamasaki. Akino Arai's voice is also very pretty.

I used to think Kaori Mochida had an excellant voice but it seems to have gone off track somewhat lately...

I don't know much Jpop (unfortunately -_-) but my favorites that I've heard are Megumi Hayashibara and.............what's-her-face. Whoever did the Escaflowne music; I think it's Yuki or Yoko something. Aaargh, I've got a terrible memory

^.^ I like Ayumi Hamasaki, BoA, and Hayashibara Megumi... umm.. there are more too but i can't think of their names at the moment...

OOOH! Globe too... ( do they count??? they seem kinda dark for J-POP ) 8)
