Reversing footage

Is there a quick and easy way to reverse footage in premier?

Change the clips speed to -100%.

Or if you're in Premiere Pro, go to Speed/Duration... and check the box that says "Reverse" (IIRC).

In Premiere Pro, Video Effects --> Transform --> Horizontal Flip (or Vertical Flip if that's really what you want)

what about in vegas4 ? (i would figure it out myself but i dont care all that much, im just wondering......................)
