Does anyone know where I can download Outlaw Star eps? I hated to dee that show go away.

You know, starting off with 2/3 posts being about how to download stuff really isn't a good way to start here. I mean, come on!

And anyways, just buy the series. It's good. It's not too expensive.

OMG!!!!!!!!! I love Out Law Star, It was one of my Fav Animes (Plus i thought the main Charactor was realy Hot) I was so sad when they stop showing it, But i still have some memories of it

I think it'd be funny if the creators of Outlaw Star made some outakes like:
1.Melfina farts in the liquid tube.
2.The liquid tube turns out to be a blender and creates "Melfina Smoothies".
3.Issue 1 actually generates thrust for the Outlaw Star.
4.Melfina drowns in tube after 2 mins.
5.Melfina is inserted in said tube upside down (may lead to hentai spin-off).
6.Toilets are re-routed on the Outlaw Star.
a."Melfina? What's that thing floating in there with you?"
b.Flushing toilet actually flushes out Melfina.

WTF! How dare you insult outlaw star like that?! I mean that is just sick mind and twisted. And don't you talk about Melfina like that because I am Gene Starwind (21122) no of the less. But that is just wrong. I hate to see any of your vids. Because they probably be as twisted as some of my friends ideas. That's why I don't allow him control over my equipment.

So far it looks like I'm going to be the only one who answers the favorite episode question with something other than Tenrei, but my favorite episode is the episode where they encounter Han-Myo and her cats. It's a very nice short self-contained narrative, and the bittersweet ending gets to me.

As to the show itself, I really like the animation even if it is a bit inconsistent at times and I love the world setting (Wizard pirates! How cool is that?!) and technology base (Grappler ships look like mad fun).

I do not, however, care much for the story or writing. The story is so skimpy they could have made the series half as long, or even a 6-ep OVA, and it would have made as much sense. Ditto the character development. You could have gotten the characters to the same ending state in 1/3 the time just as easily. They spend most of the series goofing around until someone reminds them that they still have business to take care of.

I like Aisha ok, she's good for comedy relief, but I never did buy Suzuka's reasons for tagging along with the crew. It feels half-assed and weak.

Overall I find it enjoyable for some light viewing, but it has a lot of room for improvements in the characterizations and writing.

I'd love to read the manga, though. It might be an interesting read. ^^
