Unfortunately he is, in a physical sense, a 2 Dimensional Character.

By which I mean that in the physical he is a picture on a cell, or some data on a computer.

So doing anything with him would be extremely difficult.

Well, I definitely think Wolfwood would have the advantage in a wide open plain or a desert or something when they are some distance apart, but...what if the fight were to start like a fight in real life? Like, in a drunken bar fight, or in a school lunchroom with people all over the place? I think Kenshin would have the advantage in most typical fight situations...but Wolfwood will always be the cooler one! 8) ...

I would love to say Kenshin would win, but guns VS. a sword? ...Wolfwood would win, handles down. Unless he used a sword. Then Kenshin would win.

Well, Kenshin has dodged bullets before...like the episode w/ the death of the Oniwaban group, he dodged an attack by a chain gun! That proves that he may have a chance against those who use guns...kinda.

yes kenshin can dodge bullets....bullets fired by a crazy freaky englishman who's never used a gun before. Nikky (that oh so sexy bum) is like, ace gunman. 8) also sexy. not that kenshin isn't sexy, but nikky's just better.

Also, all of kenshin's attacks would require close contact while nikky could fire from far away. Nikky fights his own fights while kenshin fights in a group. He really only beats his enimeies cuz they do somehthing wrong, ie. going past their limit and bursting into flames.

and the one point i HAVE to put forward, for someone who always wins, kenshin spends ALOT of time loosing.

Kenshin can dodge and move faster than someone can aim and shoot. Nikky, as you so lovingly call him, isn't even the best shot in the series of Trigun. He's really not that special aside from being an ace marksman. Vash is the miracle worker.

Kenshin has been up against many more people who use weapons than a drunk englishman. As mentioned in this thread, if you read it, a gattling gun, firing team that he jumped over and got to the commander. Kenshin can disappear to attack, that's how fast he moves.

Also an open space would be advantage Wolfwood? Its harder to shoot something farther away cause it takes less effort to get out of the line of fire. Its easier to hit someone close range cause it take more for them to get out of the way. Kenshin would have no problem with that.

Think of the Vicious and Spike, spike and vicious killed each other. Vicious wasn't super fast like kenshin. Wolfwood isn't anymore special than Spike. Other than spike being cooler and able to whip Wolfwood's ass in hand to hand.

Last point I'll make, Kenshin has superhuman abilities, Wolfwood does not. Vash has superhuman abilities. Vash vs Kenshin would be more interesting.

ok, here's my opinion...

The kenshin from Samurai X: Trust & Betrayal and Reflections would most likely be killed by wolfwood cause hes just a human with a sword.

The kenshin from Samurai X: The Motion Picture and from the series RK would prolly beat the hell out of wolfwood cause of the unbalance of realisim in the anime. Nobody can do vertical dives from 60 feet in the air with swords and live. This is one reason why i like T&B and Reflections more than the series. He doesnt do that crap

Kenshin from the seris would doge around, asking why wolfwood feels it nesscary to kill him. Take a few wounds, maybe a hit to the left sholder, a couple of grazzes to his side. Then pull of some high level move and knock him unconsious.

Kenshin from the show is made way too unrealistically to even be brought into a thread like this. When you put a realistically made person (even Vash is realistic in the ways im referring to) and then someone who is purposely made to be impossibly fast (yeah, wow, its not possible to be so fast you cant be seen, what a suprise ) its kind of unfair....as someone else said, the more realistic style kenshin (OVA's, specially Trust & betrayal) would lose very quickly. He doesnt have IMPOSSIBLE speed and dodging capability, so he'd die. Wolfwood CAN shoot from far, he's not a horrible shot or anything =/

oh other reasons kenshin would lose
-guns used these days are WAY different then guns used then, and a LOT more powerful, he'd have no idea what wolfwood was even using at first, specially not with his fully automatic unspecified machine gun style cross thingy. And his pistols ( somehow i forgot what kind he has) not only have a lot highetr stopping power, a bigger better made (maybe even hollow tip) bullet, a faster firing rate, and a bigger clip, then anything that existed back then....Kenshin woudlnt know what to do in a situation that he couldnt exist in =/ Yeah they had "gatling guns" but they were shitty ones that worked like crap
- Sniping, wolfwood can. He's not god of shooting or anything but he's good enough
- Even in close quarters combat, kenshin (like i said he's not god mode tv show style right now) couldnt dodge bullets and the closer he is, not only the more power, but the easier it is to hit him. Swords can be dodged, and if you dont dodge them you can still live through it, specially sense kenshins is reverse bladed and such....Oh ow my rib is broken *BAM* end, wolfwood breaks some bones, yet he still lives. Kenshin would die. How do i know the shot would kill him, its called not shooting someone once

meh, like i always say in these topics, it coudlnt happen so why bother caring
