But if the quality is poor , better try to encode again , answer my questions above and I'll try to help you.

, ok now tell me , do you have DivX installed?

You can try to encode your vids with Xvid codec for a high quality encoding , but , if you want to make things faster , just encode your video in mpeg 1 format , that file type it's just impossible make something too big to upload at the org . . . well if your vid don't have more than 7 minutes
