Kenshin Villain name and picture?

Does anyone know what the name of the bad guy in Kenshin is... the one with all the bandages and do they have any good pictures of him?

At first i thought he was something of a mummy, until i found out there was a reason for those bandages. He actually looks kinda cool, but I think Hiko is one o the coolest charactrs.
