Call for help

Post by fellowhoodlum » Fri Apr 02, 2004 11:10 pm

Hi,

I haven't been on here for years (literally) but I do maintain this account for sentimental reasons :)

A recent HDD crash has nuked my data files, along with all my AMVs. A friend of mine has copies but his HDD had died a while earlier too so I am unable to recover my own AMVs :(

So what I am requesting is if anyone can help me get a copy of them (or know where I can download them back).

Any help rendered is greatly appreciated :) My contact info is in all the usual places.

Thanks!

Because of the age of your vids, you *may* want to check Kazaa, as I'm sure a few of them have turned up there... dont' search for hte video name, but search for the anime and song...

Good luck...

I've tried Kazaa but they seem to have only two of my more popular ones.

And my profile has the relevant info ;)

Am I the only one who back up all of his work?

I have a CD copy of every last one of my vids including the Premiere Project File (and export(s) from other editing programs) and all images used. That way I never loose track. Plus I can save HDD space.

I have your "Nine Elevations" and "She's So High" vids. I could send them to you on AIM if you'd like.

I'm not online much any more. Got a HTTP or FTP link I get access?

Thanks.

i keep most things on my 40GB partition which never gets formated or anything (though it is in serios need of a defrag) so i trust most my backups on that, then again, most my amv's are burned on cd, seeinga s thoughs 40gigs are also used for vid editing
