Litterally hurl? Well, none. I happen to think I'm very, very tolerant when it comes to anime.
Made me want to claw my face off? There's a few of those. Most are the Enlgish dubbed versions of said shows, however, so if they're honestly better in Japanese, please feel free to fire me out of the air.
I want to claw my face off after watching:
DBZ, and DBGT (Dragonball I actually find semi-amusing)
Hamtaro
Pokemon
stuff along these same lines
Nothing else really comes to mind, but then again, I tend to stick to what I buy on DVD, and I don't often buy what somebody else hasn't recommended to me already. After reading this thread, I'm going to see if Netflix has any Card Captor Sakura, but to be deadly honest, I don't think I'll like it no matter what language it's in.
I think the most notable of everything, however, is A Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar. No matter which language I watch it in, and no matter how many times I try, I cannot help but feel a little queasy when I'm done watching it. It is, as far as I can tell, honest-to-God meant for kids, and it just doesn't float any bit of me other than the fact that some rare parts are "cute."

Well if you want to talk about animes that would make you puke then here's some that actually come close to doing that for me
Fist of the North Star
Akira
Neither are bad animes, I just can't hold my stomach when viewing them.
As for animes that just plain suck.
Pokemon
Yu-GI-OH (dub)
Witch Hunter Robin (robin has no personality)
Hamtaro
DB
DBZ
DBGT (yes I hate anything dragonball)
Card Captor Sakura (dub)
Sailor Moon (dub - after the first two seasons)
Dragon-Half
Demon City Shinjuku
Could go on for a while but I'll end the list there.
