On a random note:
Honestly, looking back, part of me's wondering...does Meier really count as a villain?

Antagonist maybe, but he wasn't being evil, there was love between him and Charlotte...I mean, if anyone in that film was to be considered a villain, wouldn't the more fitting choice be Carmila?

Actually from what little I've heard about the series you might be right, but that's part of the reason I choose him, he wasn't deliberately evil, but he comes off as the underdog, fighting for a cause.
Also concerning the whole Cell/Zeriam debate earlier, Cell might be more powerful in some ways (although they were both fairly indestructable in their respective series--and both eventually did die), but as far as I'm concerned, power is only part of it. There's also style and strategy to consider. While Cell amuses himself by making a spectacle of his attacks and being over-confident (like most DBZ villians, which would have gotten him blown away by either Vegeta and/or Andorid 16 had circumstances been just a little different), Zeriam had enough sense to give his opponetnts as little chance and mercy as possible, he stalked and left corpses in his wake for the fullest psychological effect and let his enimies come to him whenever possible. What powers he did have he used more effectively.
