No, people melt over it because Asuka lip syncs in German, the word "angel" is in it, AND it's beautifully edited in general.

I think most of us don't really care what the lyrics mean anyway, though "God knows I don't want to be an angel" is kinda fitting.

"Always" has lots of effects, but they aren't really flashy or exciting like floating rectangles. Damaged Rei-Mix, posted earlier, does have lots of flashy and exciting effects.

Regardless of what people here think of the video, I believe that Always is a beautiful video and is no doubt, in my opinion, the best Evangelion video I've seen to date.

ok Engel! was ok kind of funny with teh lip sinking the girls to shinji but other then that it was ok but then Always was a very sweet one i am defenity keeping that one for a long time..... and thats all of them i have gotten so far
