Not too bad. It's a shame that it apes this video so closely. This leads me to think that the fight in question was taken whole from the anime and just trimmed to fit your song.
Your mixed quality of footage, with subtitles, leads me to suspect it's originas well.
On the other hand, perfect song for that fight, and it's a well done video in most respects.
