After seeing these what else should I watch?

Post by keyboardsamurai » Fri Apr 16, 2004 4:52 pm

* = finished complete series/movie

Samurai X *
Ninja Scroll *
Naruto *up to newets
Grappler Baki (haven't seen pass ep 3) but bad @55 anime

Samurai Deeper Kyo was a huge let down for some reason..

ne suggestions for anime that are close to these?

Record of Lodoss War looks kinda k3wl may try and watch it..
I found Trigun 6 to be a bit boring and Hellsing wasn't as great as every1's made it out to be (imo)

Personally I don't like Sci-Fi and horror anime too much.

Mmmm...there's a long long list xD

Ok, maybe you could watch Shaman King(recomended), Cowboy Bebop, HunterXHunter or Saishu Heiki Kanojo from Gainax (recomended too *O*)

I have a large list if you want another one n.n

Definately check out Lodoss, go for Chronicles of the Heroic Knight if you want some comedy mixed in, and the ova's if you want straight action/drama.

Maybe you should consider X the tv series. It's a nifty action, kinda gothic, but much loved in my opinion. You may wanna check it out.

I'd say Jubei chan the Ninja girl.

Very, very funny....but with fantasy and some okay action when it's serious.

Actually, Saishu Heiki Kanojo (a.k.a Saikano) is created by Gonzo.

There's a new Gainax anime series called Konomini you could check out; it's created from the same guys who did Mahoromatic.

X TV, Excel Saga, Serial Experiments Lain, Boogiepop Phantom and RahXephon are all extremely watchable series that I recommend.

But you said you don't like horror or scifi anime... oh well, guess you're missing out then...
