Downloading problems.

When I try to download a video, it tries to open it in Internet Explorer instead of bringing up a download box so I can save it to my hard drive. Also when Internet Explorer tries to open it inside of itself, it fails to play it and I get a failure message. Is there a way to either fix the failure message, or to make it so that IE doesn't try to open it using Media?

The fact that ie fails opening the file is probably a codec problem (or a timeout maybe)
