The Anime Network
ADV's Anime Network is now available to Comcast subscribers near Seattle (confirmed at north end around the county line, possibly available in all other nearby areas).
There's no extra charge, but you do need the digital cable box.
Using the remote, press Menu and select On Demand. Use the down-arrow key to get to the next page of options; there should be a key called Cutting Edge. Click that and The Anime Network will be listed along with some other stuff.

I should see if that works for SE lower Michigan subscribers. If it does, I now have a reason to buy a digi cable box!
I better not have to pay for it, otherwise I'd be paying half the bill every month

Re: The Anime Network
Technically that's On-Demand, not truely the Anime Network. If Comcast subscribers actually had the choice of getting the channel, that'd be cool. Check in every month or so to see what stuff has been shuffled out and shuffled in. Good thing they're all free of charge to view.TaranT wrote:ADV's Anime Network is now available to Comcast subscribers near Seattle (confirmed at north end around the county line, possibly available in all other nearby areas).

according to the ads at the beginning of each show, and the website, the channel has not truly started yet, I mean a non-on-demand version will come out, but hasn't yet.

Time Warner will not broadcast it here, not that large of a demand, and considering they had to get someone else to answer my question, I'm assuming that I am the only one who has an inquiry.
