My latest creation has me down... feedback?

Getting ready for the quickly approaching Fanime deadline I rushed this video... something's off... ah well, hope some of you enjoy it... and if you say anything about the choice of song I will slap you

Something you might want to correct while you still can:

The band's name is Evanes<b>ce</b>nce, and the song's name is "Bring Me to Life".

Usually I don't do this in posts, But you did specificly request it so here it goes.

It was pretty bad,
It lacked real emotion... I relize what you where going for, But I think it just failed.

The song to me really hurts the video dramaticly, To me it's like the antidrama song. It has no soul at all to me, I just can't feel that the man has any heart at all.

The tempo was totally off, the beats you did hit where hit well, very well... Just there wasnt enough of them to really make a diffrence.

It really confused me, where you going for drama or action or both? Cause the video was clashing so much with what the song was putting out I just didnt know.

Overall, DEFINITLY not the worst kenshin video I've ever seen (atleast you didnt just shove some footage in and call it done)... I just think it needs alot more work before it's done.

Actually I take that back I can't read very well.

You said you didnt know what was missing.

And by the way, I wasn't saying the song was bad, I was just saying it clashes with the anime choice.

very true, just ends up being a mixed genre video that never gets the viewer into the mood at all, leaving it a piece of crap, not convention worthy, definetly gonna have to go back to the drawing board on it... meh, everyone has a crap video, and this is mine.

I'm just glad to know you didnt take my comments offensively ^_^;;.

Don't get me wrong, it was a great idea.. But... In the long run it just didnt pan out, now if you edited it more, got a darker more sadistic tone instead of just someone hurting...
Then i think it could be pretty cool

Naw, I don't take criticism offensivly, in fact, I believe that everyone biting their tongues and not dealing out much needed criticism hurts the artist in the long run, it's only through calling people on their shortcomings and flaws that they can overcome them.
