I know you weren't talking about software, but what I quoted just looks awfully strange when you write it.

I use Ulead Video and Media Studio. Are you using Video Studio or Media Studio? If you're only using Video Studio, upgrading to Media Studio would give you more capabilites.

(Video Studio 8.0 was just released today)

I don't know what you're talking about -- all I wanted to do was paint you as a self-contradicting hypocrite.

You helped me attain mission success. Thank you :)

I used to use Ulead media studio... uh... 4 I think some time ago.
From what I've seen of the new stuff, it looks pretty capable on the whole. I think you would be surprised at what you can force your program to do if you get creative.
Remember to use the other tools in your arsenal, like photoshop (or even paint), and outside animation programs available for next to nothing.

By forcing your program to do things that it normally would not occur a user to do you will be making things that fall outside of the normal usage. Of I suppose I could say: you get out of it what you put into it.
